Being strong outside of the gym is one of the best benefits of training your body. With Calisthenics where training environment is not dictated by external loads, machine weights or barbells and dumbbells.
Calisthenics is a great functional training method. it is the most natural ways to train your body because the human movement system was designed to move as one complete unit and calisthenics trains it that way. Calisthenics uses the real world as a training environment and uses bodyweight as a resistance or load.

What is Calisthenics?
Calisthenics are exercises consisting of a variety of gross motor compound movements, often rhythmical, generally without using equipment or apparatus, thus in all essence body weight training. They are intended to increase body strength and endurance, body fitness, and flexibility, through movements such as pulling or pushing yourself up, bending, jumping, or swinging, using only your body weight for resistance.

What benefits does functional training have?
You may have to overcome some challenges and obstacles in the real world in the physical sense, and  also in the mental sense. 
Using Calisthenics as your training method with a wide variety of movements you will develop strength as a result of managing your own bodyweight in different positions.


Calisthenics is an awesome way to train your body, the way you manage your body through obstacles and challenges, you will be able to overcome physical and mental obstacles and challenges in the real world. you will develop a healthy lifestyle, functional body and mind.

you have to focus on what you can do with your body, the functionality of your body and mind outside the gym to help you live a happy and healthy life. Whatever obstacles life throws at you… are you ready for them?
